While we’re happy to talk to you over the phone, current patients no longer need to call Latham Internal Medicine to schedule an appointment at our practice. Self-schedule your next appointment whenever it’s convenient for you, from anywhere.

Here’s what you can now book online, anytime:

  1. Medicare Wellness Visits- Is it time to schedule your annual Medicare Wellness Visit? If you are over 65, choose Medicare Annual Wellness (65+) to schedule.
  2. Office visits and follow-ups – Need to address something new or check in on an existing concern for which you were already seen at our office? Choose Office Visit to schedule.
  3. Annual Physical – Is it time for your annual physical check-up? Choose Physical Exam to schedule an appointment.
  4. Pre-Op – Need to get clearance for an upcoming procedure or operation? Choose the Pre-Op appointment to schedule.

Select “Schedule Appointment Online” and follow the prompts based on the reason for your visit. Self-scheduling is for our current patients only at this time.
