Biography

Donnamarie Martocci received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Russell Sage College and proceeded to earn her master’s degree in social work from The State University of New York Rockefeller College. She worked as a social worker for 16 years before deciding she wanted to help people but in a different capacity. Donnamarie always found medicine exciting and a great way to combine clinical skills with a compassionate demeanor. She enrolled at The State University of New York Polytechnic Institute, earning a Bachelor of Science in nursing and a Master of Science in nursing, family nurse practitioner. Donnamarie is a board-certified family nurse practitioner.

Donnamarie is a firm believer that communication and listening to your patients are critical aspects of providing care. She ensures her patients have a voice in their health care and are partners in their health journey. She also has a particular medical interest in prevention, wellness, and a holistic approach to care. Her favorite part of her job is watching patients discover their health journey, both mentally and physically.

In her spare time, Donnamarie loves spending time with her family. They are lovers of outdoor activities and nature, so you can often find them camping, hiking, kayaking, or taking a road trip to the ocean.
